The cocktail of the month is the "Italian Gimlet" (Belvedere vodka, lime juice, fresh basil, infused simple syrup and a dash of sugar) makes this cocktail the most fragrant and refreshing drink. Of course, we'll still serve your favorite cocktails including the popular "Mojito" prepared using the traditional Cuban method. (Che would be proud)
